So my 2013 with about 135000miles is definitely leaking at the coolant valley - pink crusties on the bellhousing and losing coolant. I think i've had to put around 2 liters in over about 10 000km (6000miles). Winter is a fast approaching and i don't think i'll have the time to get it repaired before then. Think it is okay to drive through the winter (maybe about 5000km) and i just keep an eye on the level? No issues with over heating thus far. I am just concerned with the coolant itself leaking onto electronics or something.

I drove mine for about 6 months before it completely let go. It was losing coolant slowly like yours but then one day, it just dumped out the coolant. Luckily I was at home so I wasn't stranded but I wouldn't want to risk that happening if I could avoid it.

In the end, you’ll wish you had simply followed what you knew was right all along.

These motors are sensitive with overheating...

With your truck going through extreme heat cycles in your northern winter, it may exaccerbate the leak to be more than just a slight seepage. My leak was very slow and may have been occurring over a couple years or more, however my truck didn't experience the temp swings that yours may.
I suggest a better be safe than sorry approach and get that sorted ASAP.
