Coolant leaks under throttle body (2 Viewers)

Hey all, new here.
Just bought a lx470 and have noticed I'm losing coolant. Can anyone give me some more info on what I need to do here?
I know I need to replace that hose probably or at least the ring. But what's going on with the bit going into the engine itself, fixable? Or replace that whole coolant intake?

should be an oring that is replaceable
next question would be has there been any maintenance done to the cooling system? timing belt, etc?

might be a good time to go thru the entire system, all hoses, heater T's, timing belt, water pump, etc

Cheers mate! from what the previous owner told me timing belt was done at 370000 kms now at 420k so it should be okay but he didn't have receipts haha. I will get it checked out asap
