Matt from a customer service perspective sometimes it's best to just take the high road as messages like the ones above get you nowhere. Regardless of what was said on Instagram or in your PM, all you had to say was that his order was shipped.

I really appreciate the things you've done for this community but it seems as if you're just continually shooting yourself in the foot time and time again. Would love to see you get your s*** together so you can keep helping us out. Not trying to be rude or what not, just being honest with you.

hi folks ,

Wednesday evening newz / schedule FAQ. :

- full time
+ processing of orders will continue now through this coming Friday afternoon cut-off time 4:30pm EST

- as always : , i personally shop-road runner via GHOST to my local
USPS commercial hub , this ensures all of the Priority Mail , and Priority Mail Express / EMS packages / boxes are real time live human-hand intake bar code scanned in front of me as i hand them over the counter to the USPS clerk .... i am provided a long paper confirmation paper receipt too ....


- the purpose of the step by step procedures outlined above is they all will be then loaded up via. my local commercial hub by the
USPS staff into a giant USPS box truck , that shoots directly to BWI International Airport .

- There all loaded onto various USPS Jet's that take them to your local International Airport , to be then handed off to the
USPS folks that serve your Zip Codes


- this is how the USPS Priority Mail & Priority Mail Express / EMS shipping option service i use works ......

- since i created my
communication portal 4.0 thread here , nothing orders processing related and for many months now has shipped via usps using the slower new Ground Advantage shipping option , this will not change until the back log is fully caught up ... it may never change based on what i do know well of it as of now anyway ,,,,

USPS is on there holiday schedule from this coming Friday 5pm EST till this coming Tuesday 10AM EST / the day after memorial day ....

- full time
+ processing of orders will resume first thing Tuesday morning ...

Subscribed. I have been a longtime customer and avid supporter of Matt. (@ToyotaMatt). He is a tremendous resource to the Land Cruiser Community at large. In the past, although he sometimes fallen behind, he has always come through on fulfilling my orders. I stumbled upon this thread and I certainly wish Matt well and hope that he digs himself out and finds a balance in his life.
 
I’ll absolutely agree with you…. My mom….who was not a religious person until she was about 80-90 would say….let he without sin, cast the first stone.

Yep…Catholic school 10 years!…had a negative effect on me though

I do believe there is a well-placed spot for @ToyotaMatt and the products he can provide. This “I saw the light” development can work wonders for people in similar situations.

He has a desirable company to keep running that can be a benefit to this group so, despite my situation. I am more than happy to support Matt given his new and more attentive approach. Once he’s up and running well, I have a few parts I will need to get. As for me? I am a 90% purist so replacing correctly is important Good Luck Matt
 
Early rear heater shutoff valve long NLA. I procured one from VintageTEQ (@ToyotaMatt) a while back but only recently installed it. I am not aware of anyone else who fills this void.

:bang::deadhorse: I ordered that little check valve in the evaporative emissions hoses under the interior fuel fill shield to replace my old one in April 2024. I have re-installed and re-painted everything and cleaned the old one. I have my doubts but I am eternally optimistic this will arrive. On the other hand..I have been in business over 48 years. If I’d ever treated my customers in this manor, they would have destroyed my hard earned reputation, gone elsewhere in a very short while and I’d have lost it all.

If you believe this is the only way to get parts, think again. It may take 2-3 weeks to get parts from Japan or the UAE, but you get them! I have been a customer of Matt’s for 2 years and my very first order was near $700.00 ….it was filled quickly and my belief in his services was strong and confident for the money I’d spent, I have re-ordered other parts but started to experience similar issues. Amazon has spoiled many of us. S#!t, I have ordered things at 11pm and they have been delivered before 7am 8 hours later. I would expect attention to details and every customer of his should be entitled to the same. Pinging or waking someone up from inattentiveness to respond to a sale is mediocrity at its highest level

Sorry Matt…but I see that you may have lost some great opportunities to create viability in your longevity as a parts company for what is a limited but lucrative market. I can’t see trying again at any cost.
