Matt from a customer service perspective sometimes it's best to just take the high road as messages like the ones above get you nowhere. Regardless of what was said on Instagram or in your PM, all you had to say was that his order was shipped.
I really appreciate the things you've done for this community but it seems as if you're just continually shooting yourself in the foot time and time again. Would love to see you get your s*** together so you can keep helping us out. Not trying to be rude or what not, just being honest with you.
