Cold air pass side floor (1 Viewer)

I have cold air blowing in from the pass side floor. It is comming from under the dash in the middle. There was a draft from the heater fan box but that was becouse the cabel to change the inside to outside air was off.
I was going to seal up the cold air draft with some insulation stuffed up in that area.
What insulation/foam should I use as not to start a fire?

I'm not sure, but have you checked the 'gating' of the various 'doors' that direct air to diff parts of the HVAC system - it could be the source of the problem?

It is not from the air box. It is to the left of it where it is drafty.
