We should go in on a group buy of this thing and cannibalize it.
I’m in for the hood and windshield. $500
I know someone else is looking for a disc front axle, there’s another $500.
Two more people...

I’d even throw in a couple hundy more for that winch.

Roof looks good too. Worth hacking that roof to save a better pig.

Talked to the owner who actually moved from Steamboat to Durango in the past few years. Super nice guy who has owned it since buying it new. He isn't too hip about tearing it apart but is wiling to visit some more as someone had just pulled up to take a look at it. He said he is going to call me after playing little golf this afternoon!

I will keep ya posted.

What are you interested in?
That door panel caught my eye, I would be interested in the set of interior panels if they are pretty straight. And I was looking at the rain gutter trim as well. Maybe rear bumper ends I can try to straighten out.

Cool man!
For future reference - never mention to an owner you’re thinking of buying it to part it!
They always think a wasted rig with 60,000 original miles is totally salvageable.
Always tell them you want to use it as a hunting rig😁👍

Yeah I kick myself for that one but may change my tune when he and I talk again if first guys doesnt. Pull trigger. Think current guy looking wants to make it into rock crawler and in my head keeping other going after using some parts seemed the lesser evil!

The rig is perfect for cruising mountain roads!!!

I'm in the neighborhood but my wife would disown me if I hauled this one home. I'd be curious what it looks like now since the pictures seem to be from 2012.
