There's a bolt with a locknut on the clutch fork. Adjust that.

I've got my adjustment rod nearly closed all the way at the fork , pedal is still pretty high at complete engagement . Gonna try some more adjustments at the pedal end this weekend .
Is there a chance the slave cylinder spring gets weak on these and causes a return issue ?

I had the same issue then realized that my master was leaking as there was build up behind the rubber cover. I bought an Aisin through Napa and went ahead and replaced the slave with an Aisin as well and all is good. Low engagement point. I figure all is working well as long as I can get it in gear regardless of temp and there is play at the fork.

This is so easy to do. I had a bad hip and I couldn't use the clutch so I: A- shortened the MC pushrod a LOT. Had to push the pedal almost 1/2 way to begin to push fluid(push rod against mc piston and past port in mc) B-Adjusted the upper pedal stop so that it was below my brake pedal a fair amount. C-adjusted most (NOT ALL!!) play out of my slave pushrod (so that at the point where my pedal DID start to push fluid the clutch relase action started quick. Only thing with the slave rod is that you need to keep a vigilant eye on ALWAYS keeping SOME freeplay in the rod.Very easy and basic. It moved the whole thing down probably 4-6". I plow snow with this one and you work the pedal 100s of in small areas. I've been fixed since this winter but will leave it-more legroom this way. I'm 6'1" and it's easier. Just *ALWAYS* have at least a small amount of freeplay in both pushrods or it will-fry your throwout brg and not open the mc port enough to return pressure to 0 when released and make sure it has enough travel to release disc to not drag when release-tearing up trans parts. Youll kniw it's not released because A-from neutral it will grind when trying to engage gears B-be hard to shift between gears/grind etc.

hey lads, i have super sticky clutch pedal ( not releasing by its self)
i have just replaced the master cylinder and the cultch itself. is this a sign of the slave giving out? some let me know before i start buying parts haha

eleblanc, you've never stated if you have a 6 cylinder or V8, no doubt because you have a stock engine and are using a stock clutch. If you had a Chevota V8 conversion this would be a completely different conversation since choice of clutch makes all the difference.
