Alright, I have a 10# Ultimate Air tank on order. Does anyone know of a place to fill for less than $20?

Any welding supply shop should fill it for $10-11. Been filling mine in Texas so I don't know the local places in NM yet.

I use Tri-Gas on Washington between Alameda and Paseo. Used to be about $14, but the price has gone up. You should be able to walk out for less than $20. They will fill while you wait while many of the other places want you to drop off the bottle and come back.

But then how will we get to hear all the colorful trucker-talk when we're traveling on the highway?

Believe it or not, truckers use the Megalink quite a bit these days as they're probably tired of the CB chatter.

I use Matheson Tri Gas off Jefferson just North of Paseo Del Norte. last fill I believe was around $15.

edit: dang! walk away for 5 minutes and everyone beat me to it!

pre post for Ali...

FYI there is some pretty good chatter on this new HT radio... good price (~100$?), free programming software and likely USB cord interface. check it out if you are in the market.
