Steph and the girls will be here, so bring on the little ones. We have a fully fenced back yard, so the we can take the pond out of play. My dog is kind of a dick about his property and the house, so please leave dogs at home; sorry.

I've asked Chris to bring his Motive brake bleeder. I found cloudy floating junk in one reservoir and dark nasty fluid in the other so I'm going to flush the whole system and possibly replace all the soft lines.

Also, does anyone know if I can buy separately the accordion rubber boot off the top of the carb? I think it's on the accelerator pump/plunger? I replaced all my 3mm vacuum lines today and it was the first time I've had the air cleaner off.

Here's my to-do list, might be a little much but I guess we'll see.

Check for vacuum leaks
Set timing and idle (which one first?)
Adjust valves (should I get a new VC gasket?)
Flush out old brake fluid
Replace soft brake lines, bleed brakes.

Stump - Do you have the means to weld a small crack on my exhaust manifold? I assume it's cast iron and have no idea what that means as far as welding it goes.

I think cast iron requires preheating and specific cool down protocols. I recommend a professional for that, or finding a non CA manifold to replace the cracked one.

i have a coolant leak. i cant find it. i need help !!

Can you see it? Is it blowing back from the front or is it down low? Have you checked the oil cooler? It tends to rust out at the top. Outlet area.

I should be able to make it. I have a solid axle (loose) that would eventually go onto my truck. Could do a rebuild on it. Though may want to pick up some better-than-OEM berfs for it first.

im going to bring the 62 on saturday in hopes that it will be leaking so bad that somebody can find it.
