I need part number & pricing on two front spindles with bushings for my 96 FJ80, they want $256 each up here without the bushings.

the new spindles don't have bushings , they have bearings and they are in there.

What is wrong with the spindles? If the bushings are bad they can be replaces on there own about 45 USD plus labor. If the whole spindle is bad, cost on those puppies are about 180 dollar here in Golden. So what is wrong with the spindles that they need to be replaced? Later robbie

Not much to add to what has already been said. Toyota's published list price is $254.44 a rattle and they come with roller bearings. As Robbie already indicated, the bushings are replaceable in the earlier spindles.

Thanks everyone, the outer bearing surface is worn on the bottom side about .015 making the bearing loose. I can't find anyone up here that will weld it and turn it down! I may reuse the old bearings for now and see what I can find in the lower 48 at junk yards.

definately a good reason to get new ones. Both of mine had some wear down there , you could see it but barely feel the ridge. What you have is quite a bit more than what I had.
