Can't decide if I should keep it, or sell 100 series for 200 series (2 Viewers)

I just recently went through this decision, and despite loving my 100, I did sell it and purchased a very low mileage LX570. I'm currently on a San Diego to Mt Shasta road trip and I'm loving the road manners and better power. I did replace the radiator and heater T's but the job was simple. I also did get the opportunity to compare a LC200 of the same year side by side with my LX570, and while I liked it as well, I preferred the LX's AHC for my long road trips.

Yep. I was just talking to my brother about the 2016's, like that look a lot. He has a 2015 LX and has upgraded tires and wheels – it looks much better. But, the 200's just drive differently – not bad at all but the 100 is just really hard to beat in a lot of aspects – I just have some connection to it that I can't shake.

I agree on the road manners - I did like the '19 LX with 45k more than the LC with 60k. The LC felt "floaty." The LX's suspension modes let me dial that float down.

Well we were thinking selling my wife's 2004 LX470 (posted on this forum), just did the 100,000 service all maintenance required, had a master mechanic do it with me supplying all the OEM Lexus parts. Expensive-ouch, decided it was time to get something newer had a few people who wanted to see the LX, then we decided to keep it. It has 118,000 miles and just could not justify spending more money when the vehicle has been a zero problem car. Also so it's garaged and since we live in a rural area it only get's about 2500 miles of use annually. But, my wife wants a Tacoma and I think she would be disappointed as she has had a Series 80 LC (why did I sell that one for $6500 in 2005, that was a keeper!), next an RX300, GX460 and now an LX470. But I sure miss the 80.
