I got two car seats in mine. When you go to a convertible look at the Safety 1st Sportfit 65. It fits rear facing without having to slide the seats forward and works up to 65lbs.

65lbs?!? thats a massive baby.
LOL Well you got to keep them in car seats for a while so the goal is have your car seats last. So the head rest slides up and they can be used forward or rear facing. We have 6 of them lol. not kids, car seats. 2 kids.

The Chico KeyFit was my first "mod" too. We're up to the Graco Milestone, and it fits great. It slightly limits the front seat, but my wife is 5'8" and doesn't have to move her chair in the passenger seat.

Ebc blanks, green stuff, cardone calipers as both sides had 1 seized piston, oem outer tie rods. Should help with the pulsing pedal and steering shakes

Leaking air suspension, riding on the bump stops after a 2 hour drive on the highway.

Dobinsons C59-313 stock height springs
Metal tech coil conversion kit
Toyota secondary spring isolators 48302-35040

My service tool was a funnel tip and instead of long nose pliers, the bent wire with a tug worked really well.

22" from the hub to fender both sides before and after

If you get the driver side lean, you might need a trim packer.

Love that you added a car seat to your build. I should add them to mine.

Next up is to replace those shocks with something better.

Replaced the nasty Lexus chrome wheels with Method MR701 17X8.5 0 offset. Added a second car seat in 2020 and road tripped to SW Florida with a 2 year old and a 4 month old, clocked over 180k and ordered parts to do timing belt/water pump.

Awesome to see another GX getting heavy family duty - they really make a great dad ride and a family road-trip vehicle. My 3-y/o and 5-y/o love ours. Unlike a crossover with a high belt line, they can actually see out the windows from the carseats, and the OEM DVD player works just fine. When we ask the kids which vehicle they want to take somewhere, 9/10 times they choose the GX. Often times it feels odd to be using our 14-y/o GX as the primary family car when we have newer vehicles, but the GX just works better. We're planning to take ours to CO/UT this summer for vacation.

They are definitely bright and haven't crapped out yet in 2 years. Fan noise is minimal, plug and play. I don't know what to compare them to though. With all LEDs, they wont melt headlight snow/ice. Debating getting sport headlights and trying HID conversion though

Where did you buy them? Any adjustments needed?
