Hello, as I posted before I have a land cruiser 2009 Vxr and I was wondering if I can replace the navigation & music system to a more recent one like from a 2015 one because my entertainment system currently only have radio and disk. Is it possible? Also if I can program a new LC200 Key fob for my Land Cruiser

Short answer is not likely. Newer units have a hard drive where yours has a DVD Nav in the glove box (at least U.S. version) If it is possible, it would not be simple plug and play, and would be expensive.
You can program a new key via techstream, but it would have to be a FOB of similar vintage. The 2016+ key fobs won't work.
