Leave it alone

At a minimum white on the top deck just because we are in Arizona

Good idea because it will be used as a viewing platform. Problem??- The fabric is riveted in and would need to be removed to hard anodized, correct? Can you do multiple anodized colors without separating top & bottom or would it need to be all one color?

I'm trying to get-r-done before Expo in a couple weeks:eek:

You will not be the least bit disappointed when you see it. Eric has done an excellent job with the design and quality in CampTeq. My only disappointment is I need to get out to know it there, its undetectable when driving and wheeling.

All bedding including the BA full suspension heated bed:flipoff2: stays inside and closes with no issue. My 1st night was 21° :eek: and my last at Gooseneck State park testing with WIND, 100% happy. After 200 dirt mile it is dust free inside. To date the BEST accessory I have ever purchased. Yes I know its may not be for everyone but for me it is perfect!

I have a guy working with Photoshop on 4 paint ideas I will post them tomorrow for your input.

Thinking of anodizing as a gentle soak in nasty, dye-laden, chemicals. Hard anodizing typically means its in the tank longer. Unless you go Mil-Spec. But then you are very limited in colors. Otherwise colors are still relatively limited but there are plenty to cover the spectrum. As for the rivets, those tend to be steel and you don't want that in the bath. It corrodes and monkeys with the solution. That being said, you can get certain parts masked and they do this with wax. We have parts that are masked all the time. I think, if I were going this route, I would either do a clear hard anodize or some color before its assembled.
 
Not that it matters much but I like the entertainment value of MPG. So far since installed I have seen an averaged 13mpg. With a high of 14.91 and a low of 11.24 no calculations has been 100% tarmac. If the CampTeq has reduced my MPG it has not been significant enough to be a concern. In the past average mpg on weekend off roading trips (70/30 paved/dirt) I normally see a combined average of ~12.5mpg.
