- Any plans to do a 100 Series anytime soon?
-How weatherproof is the tent itself? Assuming an Arizona summer Monsoon was coming through with a down pour and 50mph winds - would it hold, or would the guidance be to take it down until the storm passed?
The tent has held up to every condition that I have encountered through the 200+ days sleeping in it. The 1st trip was on the kokopelli and was blowing 40+ with gusts, rain too. Great 1st trip to test! It's all about pointing the nose into the wind. I spent countless evenings lounging on the tailgate/inside, out of the wind. If the wind makes a drastic change in direction, just turn the truck, no need to lower the roof or break down camp. The solid roof is key in the wind and rain.
As far as the 100 series... I'm hoping to get that going this spring. I am finishing up this round of 80 tops first though. It has been a cold winter here in Colorado and the spring is always a productive time
The base model that is ready to sleep with the use of your favorite sleeping pad. Partial cut is quick and easy. Also with the partial cut, you can have a second sunroof installed.
The factory headliner can be pulled tight and you are done. It's a 1/2 day of work at most. There are no structural members or wires to cross for the rear of the roof removal

My top will have a little different options.
