Looking for an expert on OEM Toyota Parts- particularly new ones. Family member has an issue in connection with some body work done/possibly not done on a 22 Sienna. One of the main issues is whether a quite expensive blower motor has been replaced. the reason I'm asking is there appears to be QR code on it, and it would make sense to me that the part would have serial number on it that could be tracked. Anybody know if that is accurate?

No, most replacement parts are not serialized. It might have a production date code, but even those are hard to decipher.
