Sorry, I saw this but forgot to respond.

No, he is not online. It is a third-generation family-owned shop that does primarily drop off and pick back up kinds of work here in Memphis. The shop name is Dave's Armature in case you'd like to research or inquire with them. I could easily assist with transporting it but for how long it might take between my trips to Atlanta, it might be more worth the shipping costs.

Just let me know if I can help or if you have any other questions.

I am also going to Memphis over the Christmas holiday and could more than likely help with shipping....

I am likely going to be in Atlanta for Thanksgiving so we may be able to arrange for pick-up then, and Nick could get them back to Atlanta after Christmas. Could work out well. And for anyone interested in just buying one like I'd originally mentioned, and if Nick has room, he may be able to bring that back to the area as well.

Warn M12000

Don't want to sell it, but need money more than I need the winch these days. Listing it on here first in case someone in the local clubs wants it.

Fully functional winch with a home-brew quick-mount. The mount will likely NOT work for most rigs without some mods though (designed to slide over a pintle ring). Cable and roller fairlead are in decent shape. Control box and remote are about 3 years old but have only about 10-20 uses and still look almost new. The winch itself was supposedly "gone through" right before I bought it about 5 years ago. Has been used mostly for long, heavy pulls, but has never let me down.

Located in Memphis TN but I'll be at a few events over the next two months as well as in Atlanta for one or both major upcoming holidays.

Probably going to ask $700 elsewhere as a brief search showed that's a common asking price. $600 IH8MUD price.

I have a set of two 285/70/17 BFG AT asking $150

Also still have a 315/75/16 BFG AT brand new 100% tread still has hairs on the tread, $200 firm.

I have a set of Slee 60/62 series sliders.

These are rarely been used since my 60 has barely seen any trail time.

They come with the brackets and ubolts and the hardware necessary to bolt on. They also have the grippy tape installed on them.

I am taking them off on Saturday.

I can deliver to the ATL metro area or are available for pick up.

These sold new for about $900 IIRC and have been discontinued from Slee.

Will sell these for $550 (OBO)--email or PM is best or phone call to my direct line in my sig.

Feeler post. 1977 fj 40 project . I do not know how long I will be without a shop. The wife and i are relocating west. I might put the forty on ice or if someone is looking for a project and the price is right I will let it go. I would be willing to sell everything drivetrain and truck for 5000. Or the truck minus the engine, auto trans, and transfer case for 3500. Here is what I have done to the truck. Added metal tech full cage, tube fenders, ruff stuff spring over kit and front axle cut and turned, scout hi steer box drill and tapped, 4x4 labs high steer kit six stud, gm steering column with tilt, gm hydro boost master cylinder, New wiring harness, cut out and fixed rusty floor, and body, rear brake converted to disk, New brake lines front and back. There is probably more that I can not think of now. The drive train is a gm 6.2 diesel with turbo kit. The engine has been rebuilt, 700r4 auto that is rebuilt and beefed up, gm203 to Toyota transfer case dual setup. Again I will sell with or without this setup. Just give me a pm. Forgot the front and rear are locked. Thanks.

Anyone know if this rig is still for sale? My neighbor wants something like this set up.

Smokin deal. Wish I had a 60.

Where is Patrick? I think these would look good on the Woody.

Yeah these were my first choice when I was looking for sliders and I was pissed when I saw they were discontinued. But then I got some white knuckles last December. Thanks for the heads up though, I do sort of want them just to have them..

I have a 33x10.5x15 new KM2 if you want to borrow it for a bit.

I would need it back though....

:)

Thanks for the offer. But I am just looking for something to hang on the back to tide me over until I get real tires. That could be 3 to 6 years depending on the government. :censor:

Anybody got a used set of 315/75/16 MTs they want to get rid of? KM2s, GY kevlars, etc?

Is rusty getting new shoes? Or are the Toyo's getting replaced?

sort of both. rusty's axles are going on woody and the current 315 swampers are at maybe 15% tread and old so i dont really want to run them for too long if i can help it. the toyos will be up for grabs afterwards.

lol 33x12.50r15. theyve got a little over 12000 miles on them but with all the open/aussied wheeling with them ill need to check on actual tread depth remaining.

Oh you are speaking my language... when you get to that point keep me in mind, price dependent, I am definitely interested, since the sami still has 15's on it :hillbilly:
