looks awesome, and glad to hear if feels better.More pictures of something that you will never see and I can’t describe.
But! Major improvement. I don’t remember what the stock 62 felt like since I owned it stock for like 2 weeks. Highly recommended. Body roll significantly reduced

Super cool. Did you 3d print that enclosure? As I slowly prep for my first Land Cruiser roadtrip in October, cruise control lingers in my head. I want to go @dbbowen ‘s method with the 4Runner stalk I got but honestly I’m not prepared to fully restore that stalk and figure out wiring.
This is the cruise control stand in adapter. The housing that covers the circuit board and switches from Dakota Digital sucks. I redesigned it to assemble with 4 screws instead of snaps, and it recreates the interface the mirror controls used to go (I installed 70 series fixed mirrors)
Prototype work, I’ll get some high build primer and SEM paint on it next

Yup, I use ASA for vehicle prints as it’s really good in vehicle environments. I skipped the filler primer as I just wanted to get this doneSuper cool. Did you 3d print that enclosure?
Yup it’s hard to repackage those parts. Happy to provide any help I can if you needIve been wanting to do this for my scangauge so bad. I moved my rheostat to the right of the steering wheel and that area thats indented to the lefto of where you have this mounted on the metal part of the dash is completely clear for me on my truck. I was wanting to 3d print something to sit down in that valley and take the guts out of the scangauge and 3d print a new flush mount housing for it to make it look like part of the dash. My attempts have all been... not great so far haha. The plan was to cut a hole in the metal dash and mount it like in there.
