It’s coming back.I just noticed the website is actually totally gone now. Got my front bumper from Mike earlier this year. Always easy to work with.

> Tried calling this week. Didn't even go to voicemail. Kind of a weird way to run business tbh.
I just signed the transaction with Mike Friday afternoon, then traveled to Texas over the weekend.
Bringing it back, yes. Part of @Fe3 with Mike still proving some product development. If I'm understanding correctly, you are taking it over? Copy.

Noted!!!Cool. I think slider steps for the 3rd gen 4Runner would be a great addition to the product line.
Check this out:So is BIO coming back or no? I’ve had their 80 series front bumper saved for years. Finally getting ready to order in the next couple of months…
Thank you for your interest, I hope those work out well for you!Ordered White Knuckle sliders. Gotta love black friday deals. Maybe next time.

Has anyone had one of their locking pins on the swing out bumper seize up? I’ve tried some wd40 and lightly tapping the pin with a mallet, but no luck so far.

Yep, a few times over the years. I just take it out, clean up the pin on a wire wheel, put a bottle brush in a drill to clean out the hole, and put it back together with a light coat of anti seize. I guess you could use grease as well. Short of a complete redesign of the pin to incorporate seals, cleaning and lubing it once in a while is about all you can do. I just accept this as part of the maintenance schedule.
You're welcome! You can use pliers, channel locks, vice grips or whatever will hold on tight enough. If you can't pull the ball up, you might have to unscrew the ball if it's too close to allow the jaws to clamp down on the knurled part. But yeah, it just unscrews. Be sure to put some anti seize on the threads because it won't be your last time doing this.Thank you, what is the best way to get it out if I can ask? I assume the round grooved piece unscrews but I can’t get a tool to get a good enough grasp on it to loosen it.
