Looking good, this is the first chop job I have seen that I would consider doing to my own truck.

You should fly up to Portland and weld mine together real quick...
Oooooh! I just noticed you are from San Diego! I have some family moving down there so I will be around every once in a while. I will have to hit you up to see the beast in person and grab a beer or something.
Still figuring out the plan for exhaust. I just did the O2 sensors and it made a HUGE difference in the way the truck ran. Once I finish chopping the fat off the rear end Ill make a final decision on exhaust.
Sounds like something I may want to do. What did you do to them and what did you use??
Glue. Lots and lots of glue.
That's what's holding on one of mine. You wouldn't know, and it was cheap.
Unfortunately, there are more tabs missing than tabs left, on the front flares. So regardless of how much glue I have on hand, I won't be using the stock mounting tabs. I'm going to Frankenstein things a bit. May turn out as a disaster, but half the fun is in the experimenting.
Haha. No, I just have the ability to work from sun-up to sun-down with no food or rest. I think its from growing up doing labor jobs all my life.
Also, I am forced to get everything done in short spurts, since this is my daily driver and I work m-f.
I hear ya. But part of the reason behind the bolts was so that I could easilyJust be sure not to hit anything with them. The original mounting system was designed to break away if they got hit. I was gong to bolt mine down but I do hardcore rockcrawling so it would not be a wise idea for my case.
