If you still have the plastic handle and can reuse, I have a good latch, ie: no broken tabs...

The metal part that goes inside is called a Handle Assembly (Back Door), you'll need that and the plastic Back Door Outside Handle
don't have the numbers but any Toyota Dealer can check for you. I'd order new bolts also as those will crumble
when you go to remove them. Might need even more parts depending on what it looks like on the inside. You can carefully pop off the plastic trim on the cabin side then remove the inspection panel to get a good look at all the moving parts.
