Wondering if brake pads and rotors for RHD and LHD 1993 HDJ81 are the same size. Do you guys recommend a specific brand as well?

Assuming they are the same size. I run the Power Stop Z36 towing/off road pads. They bite really good, but I am also running stainless steal lines, drilled/slotted rotors and have deleted the ABS and LSPV.
