I have a 67' FJ-45 with a 76' 40 disc brake front end. I need to get a dual master cylinder and preferably booster as well, that will work with this setup. Feel free to E-mail me at m5moore@msn.com if you have one you will part with. Or what else will work? Or give me a call at 208-922-2992.
Thanks.

The booster is not a bolt on, doesn't matter where it came from. You have a manual master cylinder on your '67 that attaches with three bolts. All Toyota boosters have four studs. The booster will not clear the clutch master or the rib on the firewall. You can get an adapter from Mark's Off-Road that spaces the booster out from the firewall to clear the clutch master, but the size of the booster still matters. The larger boosters (e.g. V6 mini truck) will still not fit. You also might have clearance issues with the motor.

Been there, done that.

Vette Master

Do a search for corvette master. It has worked great for me. I had alot of problems trying to mount a 76 master and booster on the firewall of my 68, nothing ended up straight and had to cut alot.

did my 96 with mini truck setup had to trim some stuff but it works well good luck

Master Option for Early Firewall

I have made one of these for my own project and for a couple of other Mudders.
It will adapt a 2 bolt GM master, I used a Corvette master for 4WDB, to the three-bolt firewall without cutting anything. If you are not in a hurry, I'll make you one between Christmas and New Year's. I only sell you the fasteners as I do not sell brake adapters:)
PM me if you decide to go that route.

EDIT: I think most any 2 bolt GM master will fit this adapter, some have used an S10 made for front discs and rear drums. But, if you plan on going 4WDB any time in the future, I would use the Corvette 4WDB master and install a residual valve in the rear circuit which can be removed if and when you go 4WDB. A proportioning valve should be a consideration, too.
