Soft lines, rusted through hard lines, piston seals, in that approximate order.

Knowing absolutely nothing else about the rig, other than a '94 in Illinois, I'd put my money on rusted hard lines.
 
If drums,usually the brake cylinder,if so replace both sides.
 
LSPV? I'm having the same issue. replaced the brake cylinder a few months ago, and now it's doing the same problem.
 
The LSBPV leak wouldn't be at the wheel; it's bolted to the frame at the rear of the fuel tank, a good foot forward of the wheel.
