Did you reach out to @dogfishlake ? I would definitely wait for one to come available if I was looking for a new roof rack, one of the best looking racks IMHO.
Site says "Demand is very high right now and we are trying to keep racks available to order. More stock generally goes on the site weekly. Thanks for your patience, we are expecting to be ahead of demand soon!"

I think that you should take a look at JMacks roof rack and Rush55 as you process this decision.

One thing about the bowfin is that it sits on the entire drip rail. Mine in the past had Yakima towers and it enventually broke my drip rail off. Could have been all the rust but all the same the drip rail is weak. I like the idea of being able to stand on the roof rack. I have a Bowfin. Just haven’t assembled it yet. Am psyked!
So… JMack’s attaches to the pillars. So the weight is on a verticle leg. No weight on that skinny sheet metal.

So if you haven’t bought the bowfin, which I love, steal JMack’s thought process. He would probably make it for you no problem.

Rush55 has a system that is sick as well.

Post in his thread here to let him know what you need.

He's moving shops and will primarily be listing availability on Mud for the next little bit.

If you're going to put a tent on the full length support on the drip rails is definitely a benefit. His clamps are much better than some of the other racks I've seen too. @dogfishlake

be patient you're not the only person trying to get a rack and certainly not his only customer
If you cant get ahold of them, what do you think product support will be like if you have an issue?
