The final design will be modified as reality dictates, but I plan to keep as much of the design as possilbe. I am just building the bumper sections right now. I will add the carriers and brush gaurd at a later date. I go ahead and take pics of the progress.

looks like you're going to be a very busy boy.....

pics are a must!!!

Measurements and drawings would also be awesome. Looking forward to hearing more.

You might want to consider a single can turned sideways on the right swingaway with a ladder on the same arm to access the rack. One can is usually enough and additional cans can go on the rack, making gravity fuel feed easier. Just a thought. That's how I'm setting up my ride.

man, im jealous, im getting my Iron Pig bumber ans swing away back from the powder-coater this week. i was all excited to post pictures, but these ar gonna blow anything i have away.
lets see how your front comes out. you may have another customer !!!!!!

I second this as well. I'd give my left nut to be able to build myself a front bumper like that with bars that come up ARB-style.

I'll document the process and costs. So far it is about $100 in raw steel just to build the bumpers without any of the carriers or brush gaurds.

The front bumper is a rather blatant, uh I mean it was inspired by JK. I did not take measurements of it or anything though, just saw some pics a few months back. The rear bumper and everything else was completely my design, I just wanted the whole package to look right together.

Spook, let me see what it takes to get this one done. Adding an ARB style upper should not be too difficult. In fact adding all sorts of different ancilary protection to the base bumpers and sliders should not be too difficult.
