Got her running awesome after major head gasket work but then the whole exhaust went (was 5 months not running in driveway during HG fix, so exhaust rusted through). I am trying to get my new Borla Cat Back up over the rear axle and it's a B****! Has anyone installed the Borla CB? Is it easier to put it over the rear axle from the front of the truck towards the back, instead of from the back towards the front, or should something be removed?
You've helped me so much and I appreciate any suggestions! Thank you!

I had a Borla on mine ~18 years ago. I believe the over-the-axle pipe went in from back-to-front. It was a challenge. I remember that for sure. We may have dropped the spare tire to get some swing room.

That's what we were thinking -- drop the spare tire, but it is rusted in.... May cut it out if necessary. Ex is now thinking that maybe loosening the stabilizer bar a little at the rear axle will work -- we are almost there. I have no prob cutting out the spare tire and giving it a home in the 3d row sans 3d row seats ;) Will loosening the stabilizer be dangerous? I am super careful as I am a burn survivor.... (not LC related).
Thank you Mr. Guru :)))
BTW my 170K is purring like a kitten due to you and everyone else, and a little help from the trollhousecruisers online manual.
