I have the 100 series with a lot of mods,
- SS 3inch exhuast,
- badboy II green wheel turbo
- Airmax Snorkel
- upgraded intercooler
- piggyback chip and tune
- Trans cooler and locker
- 2 inch lift with all the usual diff drop, control arms etc
-Harrop elockers front and rear
- oil catch can, breathers etc....
- running 35" BFG ATs
It's just 3.4tons. I had a manual boost controller and when I got my truck serviced the mechanic damaged my controller and looks like my EGT sensor. I thought I may as well go to an electric boost controller and purchased the Aeroflow. I can seem to find much help on this controller but my question is:
Does the 100 series start boosting at 7psi or what should the solenoid start opening?
What should I set my duty too, increasing boost level in % (0-100%)?
and the gain, the value in % for boost level is dropping off (0-100%?
Any help would be great as I have exhausted my google searches and you tube feeds.
