Bobbing a 60

Hi there,

great trucks always like to see a bob job. The only thing what you do for a gas tank do you get a aftermarket tank because I look at my bj60 to bob and the tank is in the way. The tank goes form the shock mount to the bumber maybe because it is bj60 the tank is bigger.

Mine's a 55, but this may work out for 60's too. It's a tank from a '94 Chebby S10 Blazer. The corners are clipped perfectly but I did have to relocate the gas filler to the other side. No biggie cuz I had to cut out the filler anyway since mine is bobbed also. You could just turn the tank 180 deg. & not relocate the filler. I'm currently building a gas tank skid & will post pics on the PIG Preservation Society:

What are the dimensions on that tank?
 
So it is like a 24 gallon tank then..

Filler is even on the Passengers side already?
