blazer for a landcruiser

a friend and i have came across a guy with a couple of landcruisers. one is a 1969 parts mule but mostly there nothing major takin off it has a v8 conversion and runs the body not in good shape but could be salvaged. the other is also a 69 it has a lift kit v8 swap and the body is in good shape. he says he wants 2500 for both. he says he would trade for my friends 86 chevy blazer. the blazer is in pretty good shape and has been well maintained. so what do you guys think. also
this whole thing started with me going out to buy a couple parts of his parts mule. i got a set of 4 32x10.5 all terrain in great shape with wheels for 80 bucks for all 4. couldnt believe it

I would do it, especially if you want the V-8, the conversion parts are expensive. Are they manual or auto tranny's? If they run, go for it. Your Blazer may be in great shape, but they are a dime a dozen, no offense intended. Let us know the outcome, and pics are mandatory !!

I would probably do the trade.

Check how the V-8 conversion was done. I have seen many that were cobbled together. If you have to take it all apart and start over it may not be a good trade.
