I am in the Springs (Academy). Could this be done in graphite?

I will look into other matte options, but we are limited to what my supply company has in stock.

is yours a Lexus or LC?

He has an LC, do it for his LC so I can order a matte black hood vinyl:D

are you only going to make the hood vinyl based on number of people interested? or are you going to make them no matter what?

width (hood) 63 &1/2

length 48 &1/4

can you find a different supplier?

Let's hope so:hmm:

wow, this is going to be a big Graphic! ;) I can still go wide on the width, but we may not be able to do it as long. 48" is the size of my material, but i need a few inches on each side for the rollers.

Personaly i like the shorter ones, i feel there is no need to go further than you can see when your in the drivers seat.. but every hood is different.

I will make these Regardless, but the more People on the first order the better the price..

If i only had one serious person, it would be $100, but if i can get 4-5 people it will be $70 or so due to the size..

Anyone with an LX close to Colorado Springs? ive got a few LC guys who are willing to help!

Isotel - Have you done these for 100's before? I thought i'd come across these looking into one for my FJ40 and remember finding someone that had these for 100's... For some reason I thought Redline Land Cruisers had these and I see you may be affiliated with them? I may be wrong after visiting so many cruiser sites... Anyway - I had a couple questions on the Vinyl sticker adhesive itself... Since you've made these for other vehicles can you comment on the durability or how they hold up after washing the vehicle etc? I will likely be in for one of these if you make a batch for the 100 LC's... Was mostly curious how well they hold up; can you go through a car wash with one?

OK, so how about, do the full width and stop short like Trunk Monkey showed above?

I can help, I've gotta LX. I can drive down from Denver. How about tomorrow AM? :hmm:

Thanks Loud for the help.

Trevor, Can they be patched together w/o the seam being visible?

LC. I would defiantly be a customer if we can get the color to work. PM me if needed and we can setup a time.

Ignore the truck and focus on the hood. ;)

I like the partial coverage that only hits the main "glare zone".

I would be up for one for 99 LC. I have been thinking about this for a while , lets keep the price down. I would go with as big a size as one can make ..

I'm interested. Also curious about the durability. Always thought the Rovers with the blacked out hoods were badass.

My local fastsigns has the width to cover the full "hump". Appx 55 x 42 before cutting. I can draw out a vector eps file myself (I do it daily). $144 is kinda steep though.

Why dont we give Isotel a chance to design the 100 series one first before running off and getting someone else to do it? 45" is pretty damn close to full length and as Henry showed, it looks pretty good with stopping just before the grille.

Durability wise, I suspect the vinyl cut will withstand anything we throw at it. Driving on trails you dont usually scratch your hood with trees and even when I walk on my hood to get onto the roof, I dont walk on the center. I'm interested to see how my truck will look with the blackout and will be washing my truck and heading down there early next week.
