Was the BJ70 the only 70 Series Land Cruiser sold "new" in Canada and if so were they sold over multiple years?
Thanks........................1978HJ45

well, to the general public

The #'s i have seen are something along these lines.
388 - 1985
137 - 1986
139 - 1987

Thanks, Were all 3 years offered with only the 3B and does your use of the phrase "to the general public" indicate that there were other 70 Series Cruisers available to other parties such as the government or industry?

Thanks for the information. The BJ70's are starting to trickle into the U.S. in very small numbers but it does not sound like there are enough around to satisfy demand.

There have been a number around for a long time.... anything is for sale for the right $

If the BJ70's that show up occassionally in the "classified" section represent the "average" Canadian models available, it is not so much a matter of price as it is a matter of condition. Unfortunately they seem to suffer from some serious rust issues which I assume is a result of the climate they live in.

for the right price i can find you what you want (even coverting to LHD)...

I do like beer but am not a big fan of picked fish eggs. My budget constraints are more dictated by multiple children in college. I assume the vehicles you refer to are currently displayed on your website? Thanks.............1978HJ45

What , you pay for your kids college? You are spoiling them. I payed for mine being a SUMMER STUDENT.

Oh but it's a tradeoff.....I pay for college, they promise to put me in a high class nursing home ( one that serves pudding on Friday nights.)
I guess I am sacrificing my Cruiser habit for a comfortable old age. I can set in my wheelchair and exchange p.m.'s with
Crushers. .................1978HJ45
