BJ70 lift kit problem

Hi folks,
I have installed a 3" lift kit to my BJ70, but now I lost all the flex I had before and the ride is extremely unconfortable, it is like there is no suspension.
In addition to that, there is no downward travel at all, not even 5 cm ( 2 inches). Folks making fun of me owning a 3 wheel offroad rig.
Front shackles angle backwards, took it to the guy who sold the kit, I was told kit should be installed with original shackles
The shackles on my rig 3" from center to center, he said it supposed to be 95 mm (3 3/4" approximately)
He want me to install 95 mm shackles to see if angle is corrected.
I need to hear your opinions,
and Could any one tell me what is the lenght of stock shackles.

It sounds like you have way too high a spring rate and/or shocks that are probably too short.

The other option is that the bushing are binding to the spring pins and you are not getting any normal movement of the shackle.

Having a shackle angle that is close to vertical or past vertical (as in, the springs are somewhat too short of the amount of arch) will cause a really poor/harsh ride quality as the shackle has to pass through the arc from one side to the other, lifting the mass of the vehicle, as it transitions as the spring flattens and elongates (I hope you understand what I'm trying to say).

I think the springs look too hard or too short.
If they are the correct length ,they need a leaf removed or softened up somehow.

I dont think the longer shackle would help.

What brand is this kit?

The rears dont look to bad, not great, but ok, the fronts, definately something wrong, what brand springs? is the lift actually 3''? and are you sure the right springs are in your car. Could they have accidentally put 60 series front springs into your car? They might have got a 60 series kit in, instead of a 70 series kit, the rear springs are interchangable, fronts 60 series are about 40-50mm shorter I think, which would give a shocking shackle angle.

Pull your shocks out, then go flex up and check if the shocks are too short.

Kit is Trail master, German made, I have always admired german engineering cause I am a mechanical engineer that is why I did not hesitate buying this kit.
Kit installed 2 months ago, it had no suspension at all in the beginning, seller said just wait for a while to have bushings works .
It has been 2 months I drive my BJ like crazy on the speed bumps, on road, off road, parked my car one wheel on the sidewalk just to soften the springs
Nothing helps
I made a drawing of spring and the shackles to see what happens if I use longer shackles, unfortunately angle is increasing towards negative side.
I checked the product number on the leaf, and it is for 70 front not for 60, if they made a mistake punching wrong number I don't know.
After all it seems like spring rate is too high as you all agreed.
Now, What should I do???

Could anyone confirm stock shackle lenght is 3 inches?

if it was my truck i would:
contact the company and tell them the front springs are too short, incorrect for your application. and demand a refund. if they would not refund or send the proper springs then i would remove the bottom 2 springs out of the pack and run it till the others softened up. once they had softened up then i would reinstall one of the removed springs.
you have no travel because the springs have no flex, sounds like in either direction.
you "shouldn't" be able to over torque the shackel bolts since they have shoulders to prevent this, although i have seen in some kits where the shoulder is too short.
did you grease the shackels and the pin bushings?
did you torque to proper setting?

well, that is what i would do.

It is a BJ70, 1986, has only 200K Kms on it,
