She lives again

2.5" Stainless exhaust fitted. First drive which wasnt too far but felt good. She is sucking air into the fuel lines still.

Test fit of the roof bar light. Also dont you hate it when you put a coat down and then realise that you dont have enough activator for a second coat.

Roof lining is now in and the roof temporarily in place. Hopefully the glass will be fitted next week and then wiring done and installed mid February. Should be ready to put back on the road by the end of February once I sort out an issue with air getting into the fuel lines.

Had a play with the modified air hammer for putting in roof rivets today. I think this will work.

Hi Ken,

Please make a few photos of engine compartment. How did you realize intake heating?

Hey mate havent gotten around to finalising the air filter box or intake heating atm. Heating pipes are just blanked off at the motor until I work out what I am doing.

Looks fabulous Ken. Give us a look at the back with the two spares?

Will get a pic up when I get home from work or tomorrow.

As you said before, it should have been an option?
Look great, you given up on the Zebra print cloth ?

Yeah mate I think that it is long gone unless someone decides to make a reproduction run of it.

Just a quick update on Ruby's progress. Air box is done and I am only hooking up one snorkel at this time. New seatbelts arrived today and the wiring is almost done. So far we are up to two fuse boxes with about 18 fuses in each box.
