Awesome job, I wish I had the skills to do work like this (and the time LOL). Keep up the good work (on the truck and the posts)

this truck wont be seeing winters at least not for a very long time i dont want it to rot away

well i guess its time i do a small up date on this build
last time it was at a shop and they did all the suspension as u see in the pics well seems like he had no idea what he was going and kept delaying the work i got fed up and called another shop and asked if they would take this project on thinking that the suspension work was ok
they get the truck to the shop and seems like all that work had to be cut out and re-done
first thing the new shop did was get the engine in place and work from there

after the engine was installed he took a small break from working on it and summer time started back on it and started on ripping apart the suspension work that was done and redo everything

after the front was done the mechanic told me i was going to have to lose the rear seats cause of how the struts had to be installed well i was not having that told them there must be a way to install it with out losing the rear seats
well we decided to get a longer rear axel so we wont have to cut into were the seats were located

Wow, that is a pretty extreme rig! Nice work. Looks like that truck is getting nothing but the best. Thanks for the update.

Wow - it looks like it's getting beefier and beefier with each iteration. Sorry to hear about the issues with the other shop. It's not uncommon for shops, contractors, etc....all to all be eager to start projects, but not so eager to finish. I can imagine its a difficult business to be in - always looking /hoping for new customers. I think getting into the business side of this is likely a great way to ruin a hobby!

Thanks for all the kind words NLScooby and GTSSportcoupe

Well this shop is taking his time to make sure it's done right and his work-man ship shows
I'm not happy about what the other shop did but like I said in the beginning of this build everything happens for a reason
So I'm happy it ended up at this new shop and he is putting in time in the detail of the project to make it beefier

Here is a front view and rear side view of the new stance of the truck it's sitting on its owe weight in the front the rear still has not been done in this pic.
Much better lower stance looks a lot better and lower centre of gravity
A bit wider then I wanted but oh well can't have it all

This is going to be too easy for you on the trails now.....so you may get bored......and then sell it....I call first dibs! :)

If I ever to plan on selling it which I highly doubt I will keep u in mind lol

I'm dying to see how it will perform off road and on road. If all the suspension up grades made an improvement or not and how the engine will work with the few up- grades I had done to her

That's too bad what happened with Chris...that sucks, sorry to hear...

Mind if I ask which shop has it now? Looks to be coming along nicely.

Looks like it'll be ready to wheel this season! Btw, what size tires are those?

It's at staangs fab in Burlington
There 36" Irok
The same tire Mike had on big runner
