Jenny Cruiser - Buy the whole kit from Cruiser Dan and its a great opportunity to replace yur rotors if they need it. 100 series Pads on the front as well. It's always good to have someone who has done it help you the first time. Beer, Food and an opportunity to work on a Cruiser is enough to get help usually. Allocate a weekend and have lots of paper towels. It's not hard, but messy. Here is some good enough on Mabrodis's site:

The Birfield is the part that that has a roundish end that sits in your axle knuckle and a long end that your wheel hub hooks onto. Its the piece that allows your wheel to rotate due to he round part in the knuckle. Kind of like a shoulder joint.

IF you have all the parts and IF you have a few basic tools and the FSM, the worst part of the chore is the mess of cleaning the parts. And if you clean up the back of the knuckle and KEEP it clean, you can easily tear back into it in a lot less time and effort next time.
