I'm surprised the heavier springs are not on the market yet. Bilstein borrowed my LC for a second time a couple months ago to test the heavy springs fitment and the tech told me they were pleased with the results.

mine was installed last night, ill update initial ride improvement this afternoon
If anyone is on the fence, go for it, greatly improved ride, feels wayyy more controlled, firm but not harsh, not "floaty and rolly" anymore.
Prove it - need a picture! What did you end up going with for the front perch and rear springs?
Curious what going rate for install is. Would love to do it myself, but I lack anything resembling a flat driveway... and a Jack. Local shop quoted $750 + $150 for alignment which seems high to me... since it’s almost the same as the cost of the suspension itself. But I really don’t have a good frame of reference.
I shopped around and was able to get everything for around $1,900 (coils, shocks, and labor, including alignment). If you back out the parts, that comes to around $500 for labor, but this shop won't install owner-supplied components. I think a lot of shops will give you a break on labor if you buy the parts from them.
Another shop quoted me $2,600 for the parts and installation.

How much lift did you end up with the Icon's? I had Icon's in my 4runner with a Bilstein 6112/5160 setup and really loved it. Looking to do the same on my 200. I see that the Icon comes with a 10mm spacer...did you use it (forget which side needs it)?
@samster747 I didn’t take before and after measurements. I think it was almost 2” in rear. It’s probably settled a little in the 4 months since install. My center hub to fender measurements are appx 22.5” rear and 22” up front. I did use the 10 mm spaced on the passenger side ( gas tank side) I think. What’s stock hub to fender measurements ?
I'm a bit disappointed with the caster after I got my alignment. It looks to me like the tech just tried to make the left and right equal (in the wrong direction!), and not bring them into the green. I asked him about why the caster couldn't be brought into spec, and he said lifts make the caster impossible to bring in and that he had maxed it out - but I'm suspicious. I did Bilstein 2" lift in front and back (Bilstein rear coils). I replaced stock UCAs with Total Chaos UCAs, which I think should have made it possible to get the caster right where it needs to be. Any thoughts? @Taco2Cruiser you seem to have strong opinions about this sort of thing.

Just to be clear, it rides great, and it even did before the alignment. But I'd rather have the caster be in the green. I think getting the caster into the green would also eliminate the minor amount of rubbing I still have on the front liner (due to 1.25" spidertrax wheel spacers).
I'm Running nitro gear UCA's and they got mine into spec, but it took a hot minute
I'm glad I had marked the cams when I had installed the lift. Because it looks like the tech didn't touch the driver's side cams at all, and if I'm interpreting the cams correctly, the front cam is maxed out in the positive direction, so the tech definitely could have brought it in more negative if he had tried. Passenger side front cam is likewise nearly maxed out in positive direction, could have brought it more negative, but he didn't. Here are pics of the cams where I had marked them (in yellow).
I've done the calculations on how to bring it in based on this: Toyota Land Cruiser: Front wheel alignment - Suspension & Axle - http://www.tlacruiser.com/front_wheel_alignment-527.html and I'm tempted to do that part myself, and then take it in to them to get it aligned a 2nd time (no cost) - all this just to get the caster where it should be.
