I can. Make a cd you like and I'll blast it. I might be running a bit late on Friday. Turns out I have an interview that day. I'm gonna try to move it, we'll see how flexible they can be.

Glad your priorities are in the right place/order...

I've put work ahead of life for too long. I only work now to be able to afford all the new trail tailor gear that's coming to market

Got my replacement pump. This one works.

Hooked it up and tested it at the lowest setting with the smallest nozzle.

Devils own Methanol water with 5 gph nozzle:

You would fit right in driving through Nevada with that sticker:). For some reason the video wants me to sign in to view. Was that your test drive?

Lol, I'm not planning on having that sticker on Big Red, I get enough attention from the police as it is.

looks like a pretty good mist. What PSI?

the mist wasn't bad, 5 gph, I might eventually up it to 10 gph. I doub't I'll ever use the 14gph, but we'll see. I set the gauge to activate at near 15psi, it's kinda hard to tell the exact number. I ran straight water in it at first and drove it around. Though I didn't see decrease in EGT there was increase in boost and response once you give it enough Diesel. I think with the right amount of fine tuning this thing will be awesome.
The pump isn't loud, but you can't hear it over the 4bt anyway :D.

It's too dark to install the sub-woofer and amp tonight, so maybe this Wednesday.

Edit: the pump puts out a max of 300 PSI with a normal rating of 200 PSI. Not sure if that's what you were asking about.

yeah, that was what I was talking about. I ran mine at nearly the same pressure. The point at which the fluid is injected as a significant effect on the cooling effect too.

I switched out the nozzles, put in the 10gph, gives a thick mist. Idon't think I'll go higher than that, idon't want to hydro lock the engine. Drove it around and found out what quenching was. I still have to find the sweet spot for the pump to kick on.
As far as performance goes, There's a definite increase in boost and hp. I haven't seen it lower EGTs but it does hold the temperature steady for a while longer. Right now I'm just running a 75/25 water methanol mix. The next time I refill it will be 50/50.

Don't some use regular winshield washer fluid?

I did, worked fine but 50/50 mix was the best result I had plus buying 5 gallon buckets was cheaper.

Yup, that is the pain especially if you dont have any data logging capabilities either. Your controller is boost referenced right? Is there any adjustments that can be done on the controller?

I can adjust it, just not on the fly. The actuator is connected to the boost line, so you preset it before you hit the road.

I ran it today with the AC on and it worked great. After April I'll take the rtt down and that's also bound to give me better performance.

So this is what I got for April fool's.

I'm already devising a revenge scheme. But first I need to adopt a Persian cat for my evil laugh moments.

Finally installed the Subwoofer. Neighbors HATE me even more. I must say I'm kinda impressed that I was able to figure out how to wire it correctly on the first try.

Found a perfect place for the amp

I also decided to stick with the 5gph nozzle for the methanol kit. The 10gph was too much so I didn't even try the 14gph one.

I didn't take a picture during the smoke out, Just remembered to take one this morning. Had friends over, we let Big Red supply the music and I spent time on the smoker. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon, not how the picture depicts it.

In remembrance of the Christian martyrs in Kenya I found this befitting poster.
