I'm incredibly suprised as to how well this build has turned out!

I do have some questions.....regarding the exhaust.

I've found a set of headers for the 3FE on eBay....somewhere around 80$ to my door.

I see on the right side, they require two bolts in vertical fashion. I can't find in your thread how you got around this....as my 2F head only has one bolt hole.

Don't know exactly what you are talking about. Maybe go through all my pics of the build and see if you can find a better picture.

the green wires look like they are for lights, but I don't know why they would go to a relay...

Snag.

Tried to install the radiator last night.

It doesn't fit. Imagine that.

Needs to be moved up 3/4 of an inch and about 3/4 of an inch taken off the fan shroud all the way around. Hello, air saw.

Marshall, just get a later model shroud fur use with a clutch-type fan. They're almost an inch bigger in the fanhole

I know you're Jones'n to fire this thing up, but after you hack this shroud, get the right one....

I've got a fuel leak. I must have burned a hole in one of the hard lines when I was mounting the tabs. I think I will go back to rubber all the way around. It was good to hear it run. It's a beast. Super responsive. I acts like no 2f I've ever been around.






















Note to self. No clowns came out of engine. Was waiting for them though.

Thanks. It's nice to know it actually runs.

Today I finished installing the fuel pump, coil and hooking the ECU up as well as the fuse block.

This was the coil I went with. Epoxy for good life.
