I was just talking to your brother about maybe doing that. I look forward to seeing how it works out.

Thanks for being so generous with the use of your super-nice garage and time. I couldn't have gotten as far with my LC as I have without the extra parts , knowledge/expertise and help; it has literally made all the difference in getting my LC in good order.

No worries! Glad I could help.

NICE build.
They Tundra wheels on white is a great combo.
That bumper without the stinger looks great.
With 2.5" of lift looks great, but with 37s you have lost all your uptravel since you will need 2.5" bumstops on all corners to stop those big meats from ripping off your flares.
Ask me how I know?
One can cut the fenders back in front then gut the flare, reinstall. Most can't tell that I have done that.
As far as the front being low, just put in a 30mm spring spacer or throw a bunch of junk in the rear.

Thank you! I'm not scared to cut or hammer for clearance. I like to keep it low as possible.

Say what you may, but I love my junkyard VW horns.

It appears that you did not do the 3.1 low range gears. I'm about to do this mod soon.

I didn't. I may regret it in the rocks. Guess we will find out in about a week. It only takes an hour and a half to get back apart so no big deal.
I am capable of doing it but had planned to out source the transfer case work. Did it require any special tools? The bearing is already pressed on to my spool. Did you do it with the gear box still in the truck?

Removing the snap ring around the viscous coupler was the hardest part. I had to modify a set of my pliers to get it off. The only other difficult parts were getting to the top bolt in the case and you need a large pry bar to separate the cases.
Watch this video.

Need more LC porn, want more pictures please...
