Firstly congratulations on a cracking length of ownership!
It will likely be fine. You could do a compression test to make sure. I recently pulled the head off my own 3B in a BJ73 with almost exactly the same mileage and it still had good crosshatching on the bores and I think this hasn't had the impeccable service history of yours.
About the only thing that kills these motors is the precups cracking in half and falling into the cylinder, this happens with age and heat cycling. Unfortunately you have to remove the head to replace them and it's wise to do so before turbocharging. That said, if it's mostly done highway kms and you've let it warm down before you switch it off/warm up before you give it some welly they will likely be in quite good condition.
