I have been running the spindles from Luke (4x4Labs) for a couple of years now. They are beefy and feature a nice built in stop.

just for reference I got the Atoz Fab one .. it's been working quite good for about 4 years now .. friend got the cheap one from 'em carrying 37" BGF in the trail and it fail .. he them move to the beefy one and no problems so far ..

I'm trying to narrow down my choices between these three. The IPOR is the one I have seen the most and haven't heard many complaints, but the I like the sleeved idea of the COMP4x4. Seems like fabrication and alignment are made easier with the COM4x4 model. Anyone have any experience with this?

for the price and the simplicity the IPOR spindle is hard to beat. I have 2 on my tire carrier/jerry can holder (35" tire and 2x5gal blitz cans) and have no issues. My buddy has a 36" SS TSL on his tire carrier w/ and IPOR hinge and has no issues as well.

If you go with a 4x4Labs make sure you order the spindle with the housing trimmed for the stops. He sells tow types AFAIK. One made for the production bumpers and a DIY spindle with the lower spindle shaft Un trimmed and the reliefs not cut into the spindle shell for the stops.

Consider these. Rockstomper.com
There are mixed reviews on them so do your research. Sounds like sleeving the lower portion cures any problems they might have.
