Behind dash connections

I replaced the heater core and evaporator and removed the dash. I cant figure out what this connector is or where it goes. Does anybody have ideas?

Looks like the OBD port.

Yes, it's the OBD port. Look above the gas pedal and you'll find two holes that match those on the bracket. It faces down and doesn't connect to any thing except a code reader when you're diagnosing something.
