Bbq?

I compete in two events every year. And was thinking it would be fun to do a pig for the club sometime this summer. I didn't know if the club would be interested in doing something like that. I think it would be a lot of fun. I could do it at the house or where ever. Though it takes 18hrs to cook.

I always do BBQ for the fourth for my friends So maybe sometime after that.

And it will be good BBQ. I've finished 8th and 18th out of 80 teams in the last two down in Charleston.

Now THAT is a dumb question! I would LOVE a good pig picken, didn't someone do one for the family picknick 4-5 years ago?

I'm there unless something else comes up but it would take something big. I roasted a pig back in like sep for a football game and had people over. Still have a bunch in the freezer.

Yeah I have it real rough 15 minutes from the beach and not paying rent. But I could make a special trip down one weekend if I needed to and some pig would certainly make that sound like a good option.
