I compete in two events every year. And was thinking it would be fun to do a pig for the club sometime this summer. I didn't know if the club would be interested in doing something like that. I think it would be a lot of fun. I could do it at the house or where ever. Though it takes 18hrs to cook.
I always do BBQ for the fourth for my friends So maybe sometime after that.
