The timeline wasn’t even the issue here. His harness shipped in week 4 of a 3-4 week ETA. He knows why we waited to place his order because we talked about it in person. If the ETA was an issue, and he said he wanted to cancel, no biggie. Instant refund as I did on day one.
In my experience, LC and Toyota shops are some of the nicest people on the planet. They are like teachers… they don’t make enough money for all the work they do, they do it because they love it.
This forum is full of good, smart, giving individuals. Hell, they even have mudship, which I have never seen on a forum before. If 5 people say a vendor is a great guy and makes great product, that carries a ton weight in my book.
Op, I’d probably take a little time and gain some perspective. A ten page timeline of bad service is your first clue that you might be overthinking it.
If I’m ever in Memphis, I’ll drop by Cam’s shop and drink a beer.
