I went buy sliders for my 100 series from 12 degrees north. Nice website, good price. Ordered, and received a canned reply saying someone would get back to me in a couple days. After four days, I called the number, and got an answering machine. Left a message. Left an email. No response. After 6 days, I did the same thing. Then I looked up reviews. After reading the reviews, I contacted my credit card company and started a dispute. On day 8, I get a call from the owner, stating that everyone was sick, and he wondered if anyone had got back with me. I stated no, and that I wanted to cancel my order. He was a little put off, but said he would. I sent a couple more emails reminding him to cancel the order. on day 13, I get a call from a woman responding to the first email order. The owner did not respond to my credit card company. After six weeks, my credit card refunded my money.
I have since found out they are just a re seller, at least for the sliders. And that is my story!
