Dang it! I just about got ready to order the hatch mounted ladder so I could carry my maxtraxx knock offs on the outside (how else would the world know that I am off road ready?).
But these posts aXe not responding are definitely not confidence inspiring!
Every single time I use my traction boards in deep mud, they get super clogged and filthy. I hate putting them back into the truck.

^just order the gobi and it will eventually show up. i dont know if im getting anything at all at this point.
For deep mud—carry a can of your favorite spray lubricant. WD40 works well, cooking oil is fine (and probably loads cleaner in terms of what you leave behind). Spray them down, then use them. They pop right out of the mud, and don't usually weigh 60lbs each.
This is so timely as I plan to head out for some fun tomorrow and it has been raining non-stop since last christmas. I will steal this trans fat free spray from out pantry:

I got a response back in their IG account. They told me they're closing shop. They are in the process of refunding most of the orders. So either we're gonna get a refund, or WE MIGHT get our ladder.

I finally sent them an IG message and referenced my order #. He said he will refund me by this week, HE just waiting on funds to clear.
so, he was taking orders and getting paid but using our money for something else all this time? no emails, no sorry we will refund you asap and canceling your order.... us customers were like a giant atm?
What concerns me is if I DIDNT contact him in IG, I dont think I wouldve gotten a refund.

I just got my refund. He seemed to respond fairly quick on IG vs email.
Pretty bummed that we didn't get the ladder.

Don't know anything about the bootleg-looking ones on Amazon, but the Moki is fantastic. Hell of a lot easier to strap something down on the roof when your waist is at the roofline and your footing is stable.
