@bloc maybe able to help out looking at part diagrams
I have previously had a look for another project and there is definitely a petrol aux tank option for the 300-series, but the devil is in the details. Even if the tank and filler bolt up, there are often significant differences in things like fuel and especially evap system routing. Plus Toyota moved to a returnless fuel system in the 300, which makes plumbing easier, but also means fuel pump control is more complex.

Still, I’ll try to have a look when I have some time in the next few days.

Check these two.

Total would about 43 gallons?!

So these work with the Evap system? I assume people in Asia can already confirm they bolt up.

Any idea where these are manufactured? I'm not familiar with this brand.

He's working me up a price on 3 different options. just add the extended range primary, add the second tank or both together.

Shipping came back around 300 regardless of configuration. So roughly $1500 each. That was to Houston. I’m really tempted to try this but idk if I want to be the first to try it lol.

billjamin, I ordered one. It is expected to arrive to FL around end of September, and I will post then an update as well as installation notes.
It was very easy to deal with them. The purchase occurs via Alibaba, a reputable site (and who provides complete protection in case you do not receive the product). The seller provided photos showing the tank being packed, and second with the shipping label, and afterwards status updates ("received by the shipping company")/. Reassuring until now.

I used to have a LongRangeAmerica 32 gal tank in my Tacoma and appreciated having such a long range in quite a few situations (typically lengthy drive to the off-road trail, long, multi day trail and same long return - The Maze district in Canyonlands, and in Morocco).
