I am running a aux fuse block for some power to the back of the rig and some dvd headrests to keep the kids quiet. I put the fuse block under the passenger seat, like this

I have power run through the firewall on the passenger side and I am running a relay so the fuse block is switched with the ignition. Which wire off of the back seat heat do I use to trip the relay?
Found this on another thread and just wanted to verify it was the same for an LX450.

If I recall correctly I had a white wire with a black tracer that went to the fan. I will have to get under there to remember correctly.
Also as a secondary question is the bolt that holds the fan assembly on a good place to ground all of this?
