It's time for our annual club picnic/meeting and I was looking for ideas from the members. Last year we had it at the Oak Flat picnic area off of south 14. Checking Recreation.gov, it looks like the group sites are fairly open on Aug 24/25th, Aug 31st/Sept1st.
If the club would like to have a picnic somewhere else, please post up your ideas. If you're good with the Locust site, like last year, let me know which weekend day is preferred and I'll reserve a site for $65. Fire ban is lifted so we should be able to cook out on the provided charcoal grills.

seems like duty day always falls on meeting days.
